Fuji Desk with a new TTwist!

This works in:
              ST LOW res
              ST MEDIUM res
              ST HIGH res
ST Monochrome Bigscreen any size (even "overscan")

And with the new TTwist it works in:
              TT MEDIUM res
TT HIGH res (monochrome bigscreen any size)

It will survive resolution changes and interferes with nothing much
at all. If you find the need to shut it off, just press the CONTROL
LEFT SHIFT & ALTERNATE keys down all at once and then tap the RIGHT
SHIFT key lightly. That will toggle it on and off. You may need to do
this as FUJI DESK uses the line across the screen under the menu bar as
it's only signal that it's at the desktop. If there happens to be a
picture on the screen without a menu bar but with a line across the
screen where the desktop has it's line, then it will turn itself on.
This is rare and only happens during a slide show or perhaps when
using a full screen graphics editor like Degas Elite (and rarely even
there since there is not often a line across the screen in the exact
place).

You can put this in your AUTO folder anywhere and it will come up no
matter what resolution you are running in when the menu bar is drawn.
You can also run it from the desktop too if need be. It uses only
about 3K of memory to do it's work.

Thanks to T. Rosenquist up there in the great white north for the help
with overscan compatibility. This IS NOW compatible with overscan.
