Vector graphic frame

Used to draw a frame specifically for vector graphics.
The content of the frame is always empty when drawn.
Vector graphics are images which retains there detail
when scaled. Much like the vector fonts used by Calamus.

To generate vector images, you'll need the ISD software
OutLine Art or other third party software that supports
the "CVG" file format.

In addition, see the "Frame special functions" for an
additional function.

All frames are drawn using the "Draw up a frame" icon
from the same menu box.
