Change macro

Used to delete and change previously defined macros. If icon 
command  is  selected   directly, no  dialog  box   will  be 
displayed. You  will  have  to select  the  macro text field  
first before selecting this icon. The  displayed  dialog box 
content will  depends on if  the  text  in  frame  is  block
highlighted  or  frame  selected. If  text  is  highlighted,
the same options as  in the define macro dialog box  will be
viewed as  well as  the  "Define  new  content" and "Delete"
button. If  text  frame  is selected  all  the  save options
will be disabled.

The   key press   combination   used  for applying macro is,
CONTROL + assigned letter. 


Applying macro to text block:

Select text frame and insert text cursor within frame. Click
and hold  down the left mouse button and move cursor left to
right etc, to mark  text  block.  As  the text cursor passes
over the text line it will be  highlighted(inversed). Select
the macro name to be used from text field macro list.

Applying macro to entire text in frame:

Select  text  frame   and  insert  text cursor.  Select  the
"Select All"  function under the "Extras"  menu. The  entire
text in frame  will  be  highlighted.  Finally,  select  the
macro name to be used from text field macro list.


Deleting macro:

Select the macro to  delete from  the  text  field. Click on 
"Change Macro" icon command. Select the text field again  to 
display  dialog box.  Finally,  select  the  "Delete" button
to erase macro from text field list.
