Decimal Tabulator

Used  to  position  decimal  tabs  on  ruler  bar.  Decimal
alignment  character  is  set by  selecting  the "Font size 
& style" menu  box  and  clicking  on  the  "Get into style 
menu" icon. Within that  displayed  dialog box you will see
a  text  line  titled, "Formatting  character  for  decimal 
tab:.".    Insert   the   character    you   will  use   to  
tabulate figure with. If no character is set,  decimal tabs 
will  be  viewed as blank spaces.  Use  the  "Tab"  key  on 
keyboard to tab text over within text frame or text  editor 
window.


To insert tabs:

Select  the  "Text Rulers" function  under the "Text" menu. 
Ruler   bars  will  be  shown  on   the  top  of  all  text  
frames  and  ruler  inserted positions(rulers pasted within
text frame)  in  text  frame.   Select  the text  frame  to
position  tabs  in,  by  clicking over it.  Click the right 
mouse button  once.  Use  that   mouse  pointer  to  select
ruler bar, by clicking over it using the left mouse button. 
When  mouse  pointer is over  the ruler bar it  will change
into a  solid line cross  cursor.

When  the  ruler  bar is  highlighted  you will see a thick
solid black line on top. Select  the  tab  icon  to be used
from  this  menu  box. Position cross hair pointer over the
highlighted   bar,  then  click the left  mouse  button  to
position tab  icon within ruler bar.
