Introduction
------------
Many, if not all, TT030s seem to have a real time clock that loses
time almost as badly as PC systems :-). This program was written
to quantify how bad the problem was. This latest version also
checks the real time clock on Falcon 030s.

Function
--------
This program compares the elapsed time as measured by the 200Hz system
tick counter, and as measured by the Real Time Clock. The elapsed time
starts when the program is invoked, and is compared each time you press
a key, at which time a message is issued noting any discrepancies.

Ideally, the times ought to agree within 1 second/day; in order to
verify to this degree of accuracy, you will need to let CHECKRTC run
for at least 8 minutes.

Experience has shown that the Falcon's clock is typically accurate
within 1 second/day; however, the TT's clock is typically 10-20
seconds slow per day.

This program is for the TT030 and Falcon030 only.
