'Looks good' you say, but I cannot agree. The frames have no 'look' whatever
since they don't work, and apparently he killed most of the old functionality
in order to put them in. I can't even view any of his old demo files right.
This includes both the main demo coming with the latest public release, as well
as the GIF animation demo. And since the new demo bombs (no message), there
exists no demo file whatever with which this version of CAB does work correctly.

In his description he mentions improving the GIF handling, which is baloney
since half of each GIF area gets filled with garbage since the scaling is all
wrong (this is probably resolution dependent now).

And the worst of it all is that in the NEW.TXT file he states his intention
to abandon standard GEM and claims that his replacement gadgets look and act
the same, so that this should not matter. And that is of course quite wrong !
Some of his gadgets are invisible (sizer) or become so when used (scroll bar),
which makes them less than futile for any useful purpose. Even if they had
worked right (but they don't) I would still be violently opposed to abandoning
GEM this way.

I fail to see his point in making these changes, all for the worse, even if it
had resulted in some functional use of html frames, which it has not.
