That is a better approach, reminiscent more of MagicMac than of MagiC.
It allows the actual programs to reside in any (sub)folder and parameter
passing to be used.  I dislike the name though, since it would be more
appropriate for something having to do with \AUTO\ booting.  I suggest
LOGIN_BATCH as a more suitable name.  I also hope that you meant this
variable to be defined in dialler scripts, since needs may vary with ISP.
