1. Distribution conditions
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
PARCP is Shareware NOT public domain. Please feel free to evaluate
PARCP for up to four weeks. If at the end of this period you can't
bring yourself to delete PARCP you must register.
PARCP may be freely distributed by PD/Shareware libraries and BBS's
so long as PARCP and its documentation always remain together and
complete with all its files.
Changes to the program and/or documentation is forbidden. The software
and documentation listed in README.1ST constitute PARCP and is protected
under international Copyright law.
2. How to register
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The shareware fee is 20 USD only. If you want to pay cash, you can send the
fee in any stable currency (e.g. 30 DM or 13 GBP). Some European countries
(for example France) allow you to send money by post - I think it's called
POSTAL MONEY ORDER. If it's not case of your country, you can send the
money hidden in a registered letter (generally not very reliable, but so
far I got all such mails OK).

If you want to pay by bank transfer, please send at least 23 U.S. Dollars
(35 DM, 15 GBP), because my bank charges the transfer with $7 (I get 7
dollars less than you sent me).

If you live in Great Britain, United States of America or Sweden, you may
use the local registration point (see below). It's cheaper, faster and
more reliable for you.

How to register in the UK
-------------------------
The suggested contribution in the UK is 13 Pounds Sterling. To register,
please send a cheque or postal order for 13 Pounds made payable to

CYBERSTRIDER

Send this along with your details and e-mail address to the address written
in the enclosed REGISTER.UK\ATARI\SUPPORT.TXT. There you can read very
detailed informations about registering and you can also use the Order Form
(REGISTER.UK\ATARI\ORDER_FM.TXT). If your machine is an IBM PC or
compatible, use the files from REGISTER.UK\IBM\ directory.

How to register in Sweden
-------------------------
Please contact J.Kock at one of the following addresses.

How to register in USA
----------------------
Please fill out ORDER.FRM (it's in REGISTER.US folder) and send it
to BMT Micro (addresses are in the ORDER.FRM as well). Thanks!
You can also register very easily via the internet. Follow the
link from my WWW page at http://users.zln.cz/~pstehlik/parcp/

Jak se zaregistrovat v Ceske ci Slovenske republice
---------------------------------------------------
Poslete mi alespon 200 Kc postovni slozenkou typu C na adresu

Petr Stehlik
Pod Tlustou 5083
76001 Zlin

a razem se stanete registrovanymi uzivateli PARCP. Prosim vsimnete si, ze
vy jakozto Cesi nebo Slovaci mate tretinovy registracni poplatek nez zbytek
sveta. To je fajn, ne?

3. Why to register?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
After sending the Shareware fee you will receive a personal keycode.
This keycode together with your name is entered into the PARCP.CFG
configuration file. After registering PARCP unlocks all its new and
powerful features to you (see at end of this text).
The reward for paying the Shareware fee is PARCP's continued development.
The extent to which PARCP is upgraded is largely dependent upon the
Shareware response from users. On receiving your Shareware fee and address
you automatically become a registered user.
4. PARCP updates
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
As soon as you are registered, (until further notice) all updates are free,
provided that you get the latest version yourself. Just install the new
(Shareware) version over the old one. You can find the latest Shareware
version of PARCP at ftp and http addresses written below. If you can't
get the PARCP from an internet site, you can send me a blank floppy + $3
for postage costs. I would put the latest PARCP onto the floppy and send it
back to you.

PARCP undergoes continual development and as a registered user your wish
list will be given careful consideration. If you find a bug or have any
suggestions or comments to make please get in touch. I will do my best to
remove bugs.

Please tell me also what types of computers you managed to connect together
with PARCP, the highest transfer rate you achieved and what you would like
to see in new versions of PARCP. Also don't forget to add your e-mail or
netmail address, if you have one.

6. Difference between shareware and registered PARCP
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
After entering your name and personal key into configuration file of PARCP
the following features become available:
  - unlimited configurable number of items in directory listing (in
    shareware version it's limited to 10 items only)
  - sorted dir listing by name, extension, date, or length of file (in
    shareware version the listing is always unsorted)
  - batch file transfers (scripting) - automatic transferring of files
  - special Archive Mode for easy back-ups of your files
  - fast assembler routines on PC machines ( = higher transfer speed )
Besides all those features you get nice warm feeling in your heart that you
supported further development of PARCP...
7. List of PARCP registered users:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The people listed below can be proud on themselves as they pay for
shareware programs they use. They helped me with developing PARCP by
sending the registration fee and I want to say them Thanks by listing
their names here. New versions of PARCP are written especially for these
people, for their needs. Many PARCP features were designed according to
ideas and hints I got from them. Thank you all again!
