Two type of comments are possible with IdeaList which will be ignored
during display and output (to monitor, printer and disk):

1) The following line, starting with ASCII-31, will not appear in IdeaList
Wrdlbrmft! Or: Where reason ends, imbecility does NOT necessarily start!
Well, where is the line then?
2) Here a comment is removed with ASCII-24: Without secrets life would be only
half as interesting, don't you think? Now visible once more...

Application examples:
- Printer settings at the start of the text (condensed, three columns, header)
- Customer card index: Remarks about payment record (only after 3rd reminder)
- Date of last revision (11.11.91)
- Deletions in source texts; only heads of procedure or no comments
- Removing unnecessary parts in instructions, if text is otherwise too long
(Before starting the program you first have to switch on the computer...)
- Identify blank lines for later insertion of images (The tiger goes here!)
- Two 'switchable' text versions ('To all female students!)
