This demo version of the virtual memory manager OUTSIDE adds 2 MByte virtual
RAM to your TT, Falcon030 or ST with PAK/3 extension. Drive D: will always be
used as swap partition. As long as OUTSIDE is active you won't be able to
write data onto this partition. Data that are already present can be read
without limitations. This means that you don't need an empty swap partition
for OUTSIDE.

In most cases OUTSIDE is the last program in the AUTO folder. Note that the
system monitor SYS_MON has to be started after OUTSIDE. As long as OUTSIDE
is active you won't be able to start other programs that use the MC68030
PMMU unless these programs know how to handle virtual memory.
The demo version of OUTSIDE only support the slower of two swapping methods.

Falcon users, please note: In order to get virtual memory with maximum speed
a fast screen driver like NVDI is required. These programs not only enhance
speed but also compatibility.

The cache of the ICD hard disk driver doesn't seem to work correctly with
virtual memory. If possible, use a driver that supports the XHDI standard,
e. g. HDDRIVER.

These are the most important features of the unlimited version of OUTSIDE:

- OUTSIDE runs on Atari TT/Falcon and ST with PAK/3.
- Expands your memory up to 500 MByte on a virtual basis.
- Supports swap partitions on ACSI, SCSI and IDE drives.
- Support memory pages of 8, 16 or 32 KByte.
- Optional ST compatibility mode for unclean programs that otherwise would
  collide with virtual memory.
- Supports MagiC 2.0 and higher.
- No empty swap partition is required.
- Supports XHDI compatible drivers in order to get maximum data security if
the swap partition is on a removable media.
- OUTSIDE comes with several tools.
