Here's my suite of converters for five
major Atari ST chip trackers into the
popular SNDH format. SNDH v2 format is
now supported by all the converters.

The converters are TTP applications and
work quite simply. If you need help just
run one of them with no arguments.

In all cases you can ICE pack the
converted file as SNDH supports optional
packing to reduce file size at the cost
of increased loading time. ICE Packer
v2.4 is included in this ZIP.

Here are some points for each one:

MM2_SNDH v1.04
Converts MusicMon2 modules. You need to
save in MM2 as a module. The converter
is based on a wrapper i wrote around the
offical MM2.1 replay routine and
supports all effects in a system
friendly way. As the wrapper and replay
routine both use OS calls, converted
files only work on SNDH players which
implement traps. This includes all
Atari platform players.

SSD_SNDH v1.02
Converts SID Sound Designer TVS and TRI
files into SNDH. Unlike the other
converters this program needs 2
arguments, the first for the TVS file,
and the second for the TRI file. The
conversion is based on the existing DHS
tool, but is a bit easier to use :) It
uses the Animal Mine replay rout fixed
by DefJam, Frost and also now Ben/OVR.

TRIPSNDH v1.02
Converts Triplex SND files. As Triplex
has the same extension as a SNDH file
the converted song file has a SNH
extension which you will need to
manually rename. I looked at using the
offical triplex driver, but it had some
problems, so I decided to continue using
Damo's beta drivers for now.

TRISSNDH v1.01
Converts Insignia Trisound TVS and TRI
files into SNDH. Unlike the other
converters this program needs 2
arguments, the first for the TVS file,
and the second for the TRI file. The
converter uses the latest version of the
replay routine by BAT/Synergy, updated
and made system friendly by me.

XLR8SNDH v1.01
Converts XLR8 XMS files. This conversion
uses a Eagle/Sentry replay rout, which I
ripped without permission. It supports
SID effect on YM channel A, which is not
supported by the usual replayer.

                             Enjoy them!
