This is a .TTP program to be installed as an application or
to drop files at. It plays most .mus files like Mad Max, Count 0
and some others that I've encountered. Even some files with
sampled drums work. If you have .MUS files that doesn't work with
this player, please send them to me with a replay routine, and
I'll try to implement them (but not those with extensive use of
timers, like SID-tunes, as they fuck up the system too much).

The F-keys selects which tune to play, space exits. As few
timers/VBIs are blocked as possible, and if a screensaver or
something like that occurs, just press a key (not space/F-keys).
If you think the program is too big or you are running from
floppy, then use ICE 2.4 or any other good packer. The gain is
worth it, if you don't run from HD and set speed in the first
room (as I do).

THIS PROGRAM ONLY WORKS WITH COMPUTERS THAT HAVE A BLiTTERCHIP.
(STE, Mega ST, Mega STE and Falcon). It only works in ST-low or
ST-medium. If in ST-medium, it changes to ST-low and then back
again. Although it works on Falcon I strongly suggest you don't
use it, as the resolution changes are not made in a way that
suits the Falcon. It does work with Mint and MagiC (but I
haven't done any heavy testing), but when it is running
multitasking is disabled (it seems like anyway). It isn't a
very clean program, but it leaves everything as it was found,
except the BLiTTER registers.

Tested on :

Computer	TOS	Memory	MHz	Other

Mega STE	3.06	4	40	PAK/3
Mega STE	2.05	4	16C	NVDI
Mega ST 1.4	4	8

Without any problems. More extensive testing will be done as soon as I
get my STe back, and have coded some more on it. It is still in a very
early stage when it comes to bug-hunting.

I don't take any responsibility for any damage coming from this program,
but if the program doesn't work correctly I would like to know. I have
tested this small program on TOS 1.4,2.05,3.06(PAKTOS). It works with
TT-ram installed on my PAK 68/3. This program is Freeware, so spread it
WITH this textfile to all your friends.

Things used :

ATARI Mega STE (PAK 68/3 68882 40MHz 2.05/3.06) 1.35HD 4mb ST + 16mb TT
ATARI Mega ST TOS 1.04
Devpac ST 2.25 (HiSoft)
ATARI ST/STE Hrdvarufakta (Pagina)
