Really (really) simple STE DMA player by GGN
--------------------------------------------

I'll be brief this time. Yerzmyey wanted a
streaming STE sample player "just because"
and because nothing available met his demands
(streaming from hard drive AND playlist).
I wrote him one.

It will only accept 50khz samples in mono or
stereo (signed of course). The only way for
the program to distinguish between the two
is the extension: if the file ends with .S
then stereo is assumed, everything else is
considered mono.

Edit the file PLAYLIST.TXT with the samples
you want to have the program play.

Inteded to be used on real hardware only.
STEem engine has a weird bug that plays
stereo samples as mono and vice versa in
50kHz - I didn't take the time to investigate,
you're on your own! Tested on a MSTE with
CF as hard drive and Ultrasatan, both a-ok.
Not sure if the Satandisk can catch up loading
this fast, it probably cant. Floppies are
more or less the same.

That's about it I think.

Released under the WTFPL v2, see file COPYING
for details. Source included.

Have fun with it!
